The 6 modules will be released one by one every Monday. Each module includes between 3 and 6 teaching audios that you can stream or download on your computer, smartphone or tablet. I invite you to dive into the course material when it’s most convenient for you during the week. That may mean every Tuesday night at home after work, during your morning run, at a café in the middle of the day, on your commute or while you’re dropping your kids off at school. This program is meant to get you off your couch and into the world so I wanted to make sure you had a portable and flexible program to support your new lifestyle.
In addition to the downloadable teaching modules, you will get a ton of LIVE personal support from me. Want to know why you can't stop eating cookies every night? Or how to get your mother to stop sending you NY Times weight loss articles? Every week (except week #4, adventure week), we'll meet as a group on the phone where you have the opportunity to receive personal coaching from me to help you integrate the curriculum into your unique life, uncover major blocks and make sure what you're learning sticks.
We can't do this alone. The women who take Live More Weigh Less are some of the smartest, most driven, beautiful women I’ve ever met. They are wise, honest and incredibly supportive. Many women have come out with lifelong friends that they nurtured through the members only forum.
You’ll have 24/7 access to your private Live More Weigh Less Members Only Site to connect with the other women in the program, post your goals and progress and reach out for support. All participants will also have the option of connecting with a partner to be your personal cheerleader and confidante for the program.
I know that the best way to make lasting changes in your life and body is to spend time reflecting on how the course applies to your specific life. Your LMWL journal is full of personal inquiry exercises, vision prompting, desire setting and plain old room to write. It also included weekly check-ins and benchmarks to help you stay on track. You’re going to love this book and I bet it will be a lifelong keepsake.
In LMWL we don’t workout, we move. We don’t move for calorie burning or flat abs (though you probably will shrink your tummy), we move for fun, clarity, energy and happiness. This guide will help you determine the perfect program for you without needing to have a gym membership.
You’ll have 2 opportunities during the program to really focus on integrating all of the teachings during your personally curated adventure and retreat.
The first will happen during Week Four which is Adventure Week. There is no new coaching this week, nor live group coaching. Your mission is to create the most fun, adventurous week you can imagine, which I will help you curate during the first 3 weeks. This is the time to put everything you’ve learned into practice and really experience the good life.
The second will happen on the last week of the program, Week Eight which is Retreat Week. There will be no new coaching this week, but we will have an end-of-program tele-celebration. Your mission for this week is to create the most nurturing, relaxing week you can dream of. After seven weeks of committing to living more, you are going to deserve some delicious downtime.
No one's perfect, and we all fall off the wagon once in a while. That's why I've decided that every women who signs up for Live More Weigh Less will receive a lifetime membership to the program. This means that you will have unlimited access to the materials for as long as I am running the program and can join us year after year.
